Altus Group, a growing real estate consulting company, acquired a competitor and needed to manage substantially more files within a fixed footprint.
Altus Group’s Etobicoke office needed a storage system flexible enough to accommodate ongoing growth by increasing filing capacity while saving floor space.
Management wanted the systems to have a clean, professional appearance.
The Solution
After consultation and space planning, Spacefile’s Mechanical Assist Mobile (SDS) and Mini Storage Aisle (MSA) were selected. These easily accessible systems maximize available storage space while increasing filing efficiency.
