The following information on your orders to Spacefile will help ensure ordering, manufacturing and shipping accuracy:
Please include
• A complete “SOLD TO” address for invoicing and the “SHIP TO” address for delivery
• A contact person and their phone number
• A diagram of the filing system being ordered
• The product model number and description of each item
• The quantity of each product model number and its list price
• The finish (color) number and name
• Any special instructions for the order or for shipping
• Your preferred freight carrier, if any
When ordering components to build a Thinline section, specify:
• The model number, quantity and description of each different tier
• The top and base combination, with the same dimensions as the tiers (width and depth)
• Any doors, either locking or non locking, to fit the tier opening (width and height)
• Any other accessories
• The finish (color) number and name
When ordering doors and doors with locks:
• A 90 degree hinge is recommended for units up to 5 tiers
• A 180 degree hinge is recommended for units above 5 tiers
• Individual cam locks are optional for both 90 degree and 180 degree doors. All keyed alike unless otherwise specified
• Doors are not available on 48” wide tiers
Notes:
• Tiers are priced individually but shipped 2 per package
• A single tier charge ($10.00) will be applied on orders for odd numbers of tiers.
• Tops & bases are packaged and priced as a set
