There are a number of benefits to Spacefile’s demountable floating floor track and decking systems including:

Spacefile’s one piece aluminum track could be the right solution due to the lower cost and fact the system will be rarely accessed since it is store archive boxes. Another example might be pharmaceutical storage at a hospital. Spacefile’s demountable fully finished floating floor system couple be the right solution due to the ADA compliant design, the clean and quick installation and the fact that hospitals are living environments where requirements constantly change. High density storage systems by nature are very heavy due to the consolidation of materials in a smaller footprint. High density storage systems, regardless of manufacturer, should always be reviewed and approved by a qualified structural engineer for structural building loading before the system is ordered or installed.
